We celebrated our annual dinner at the Ivy Bush Hotel, Carmarthen on the 17th June. We welcomed our guests Mr & Mrs Mike Ruddock, Mr & Mrs Delme Thomas, Mr & Mrs Alan Reynolds and our MC for the evening Luke Ingleton. A great night was had by all and a fantastic address by Mike Ruddock. Awards where presented following a great season with the first 15 gaining promotion to Divison 2 West, a semi final in the National Cup and finalist in the West Wales Cup. Our captain picked up the Player of the Year, Players Player and top try scorer - congratulations Jac Howells. Most improved player went to Brandon Davies & Thomas Mason with supporters player being awarded to Dafydd Waters and Thomas Mason. Club person of the year awarded to Steve Phillips. Wendy (our physio) picked up a long service award to celebrate her 40th birthday! Our second 15 also enjoyed their appearance in the Llanelli & District plate final played at Parc Y Scarlets. We all look forward to a short break before pre-season resumes on the 11th July.
